Andrew Follman joined Meridian Real Estate in 2006 and specializes in office transactions- both landlord and tenant representation, as well as investment analysis. Previous projects include Leland Medical (Winona Memorial Hospital) in 2004 and Union Savings Bank (Indianapolis Headquarters) in 2003. Andrew obtained the CCIM designation in October 2005. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors and the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Follman is a 1996 graduate of The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington (Bachelor of Arts). A St. Louis native, he also holds a license in Missouri as a Real Estate Salesperson.
